Located in the heart of Oak Park, this 35,000 square foot project contains 12 custom townhomes. An infill project in an established neighborhood, attention was given to blending the building with its surroundings. The exterior is clad in seven different types of brick and stone. The ultimate compliment was paid when a resident walking by asked, “How long have you been rehabbing this building?”
